Kaimban is a kanban board platform where artificial intelligence agents work alongside people to move projects forward, to the point of running an automated company. This website is the product presentation page: it explains what Kaimban does, shows its plans and pricing, answers frequently asked questions and lets you request early access or contact us.

This legal notice governs access to and use of every page and language of the site. By accessing and using the site you accept the conditions set out here; if you do not agree, you must not use it. Purchase and use of the product, once available, will be governed by its own terms.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the site is free, without prejudice to the cost of your internet connection. No registration is needed to browse it.

You agree to use the site lawfully, diligently and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:

AI agents can make mistakes: when you use the product, always review their work before accepting it. Nothing published here is professional advice (legal, tax, financial or otherwise).

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, structure, code, illustrations, logos and other elements of the site, as well as the Kaimban brand, belong to the owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express permission is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party trademarks, trade names and logos that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for information only, without implying any relationship, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
